Job Description

We are seeking a Change Manager to join our team in Montreal, QC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, consulting, and Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy
  • Establish and support deployment structures and frameworks
  • Coordinate change activities with operational and field teams
  • Provide coaching and guidance to change leaders and ambassadors
  • Define success metrics, track change adoption, and suggest improvements
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new systems and processes across multiple phases
  • Contribute to training strategies and knowledge transfer plans
  • Develop training materials, job aids, and communication tools
  • Assist in creating and monitoring long-term sustainability plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience
  • Proven track record in at least three large-scale or technology-focused implementation projects
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Fluent in French – strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Agile project delivery experience (mandatory)
