Seeking a Change Management Agent to oversee complex changes within the ERP System and facilitate Engineering Change Notices for aircraft programs.

Create and authorize complex changes within the ERP System
Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for developmental changes
Facilitate change harmonization meetings and collaborate with stakeholders
Act as a subject matter expert in Change Management/Change Control process
Create and revise supplemental documentation for build sequence of aircraft assembly
Create Work Instructions under Quality Management System (QMS)
Participate in investigations into technical issues and more

Degree or diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology
3-7 years of progressive hands-on experience in manufacturing or engineering environment
Knowledge of Aerospace engineering and manufacturing principles
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering drawings
