Job Description

Join our passionate Sales Representative team at Central YMCA Health & Fitness Centre and help achieve great things in the community.

Responsibilities

Respond to members regarding YMCA programs and services through various communication channels.
Provide referrals, process registrations, cancellations, bookings, sales, renewals, upgrades, modifications, payment resolution, and orientations efficiently.
Model excellence in sales and service, achieving personal and team sales targets.
Handle membership inquiries, build rapport, and customize facility tours to link member interests to program options.
Assist in reducing withdrawal numbers, maintaining high member retention, and identifying additional fee-based programs for additional sales revenue.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
Current CPR - C and First Aid certification an asset.
Proficiency in computers and experience with Activenet and Virtuagym.
