Job Description

HCL Technologies is seeking a mid-level Quality Assurance Analyst to perform and co-ordinate testing for functional areas of a product. The role involves communication, escalation responsibilities, and working under the direction of a Client QA Lead.

Responsibilities

Act as the Test Point Of Contact (?POC?) for a functional area in a product
Coordinate testing with offshore team
Identify key testing challenges/goals and develop Test Plan
Prioritize test plans for app releases and launches
Communicate product updates effectively to Client QA lead and product team
Collaborate with stakeholders to root cause and solve issues

Qualifications

7-10 years of related experience
Strong understanding of REST API and Graph API
Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing
Ability to validate status codes, response structures, and authentication mechanisms
Experience with JavaScript and selenium programming
