Responsibilities

Juggling schedules, budgets, and blueprints
Wrangling subcontractors, clients, and team members
Managing docs and timelines
Ensuring health & safety standards
Overseeing project efficiency

Qualifications

5+ years of construction project management experience
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software
G-Class license and willingness to travel
LEED certification is a plus
