Join our team at the Financial Planning Institute as a Client Service Associate for a temporary position of 8 months.
Manage incoming requests by phone, email from clients and partners of the Institute and resolve issues primarily in continuing education and accreditation.
Ensure follow-up on files of affiliates, suppliers, students, including registrations, payments, and course modifications.
Perform various tasks in the database and network for continuing education and professional activities.
Occasionally cover the reception during administrative assistant absences.
DEC in office automation, administrative techniques or related field preferred.
3 years in a similar customer service role by phone and email: follow-ups, payment management, problem resolution.
Perfect command of French, oral and written. Intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment and office management applications.
Listening skills with proven ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues. Autonomy, proactivity. Efficient management of workload peaks.
Temporary position from June 2025 to January 2026. Full-time (35 hours per week).
Hybrid position (Ile-des-Soeurs, Verdun).
One week off during the year-end holidays. Paid holidays (Quebec Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving).
Work schedule flexibility: after 3 months, possibility to have every other Friday off, subject to accumulated working hours.
