Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at adidas Retail Halton Hills Location. Assist the Store Manager in ensuring operational, business, and personnel targets are achieved for the store.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Support Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations
Implement corporate programs and initiatives
Develop staff through performance evaluation and feedback
Cooperate with Store Manager to achieve store objectives
Maintain accurate recordkeeping and cash management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

College or University degree
1 year of Retail experience
Prior management experience preferred
