Job Description

Seeking a Lean Transformation Consultant to lead a Lean initiative focused on improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in a manufacturing company specializing in liquid filling operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of Lean transformation across the manufacturing organization
  • Implement and sustain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices
  • Coach supervisors and operators in root cause analysis and problem-solving
  • Build daily management routines to drive operational excellence
  • Deliver measurable improvements in equipment efficiency and waste reduction
  • Provide leadership in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Lean transformations in manufacturing settings
  • Expertise in asset-intensive environments and TPM methodologies
  • Ability to coach frontline teams and supervisors on autonomous maintenance
  • Strong background in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Previous leadership roles in Lean manufacturing operations
