Responsibilities

Provide assistance to store management in supervising daily operations
Oversee Store Manager responsibilities in their absence
Resolve customer service issues
Ensure store conditions and staffing levels meet standards
Be a sales and customer service leader
Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with policies

Qualifications

Valid CannSell license
Police Background Check
2+ years retail industry experience
Sales and service orientation
Time management and training skills
