Job Description

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking sales-oriented individuals to educate and offer Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the features and benefits of Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard
Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness
Provide exceptional customer service
Engage customers creatively
Build positive relationships with store personnel
Maintain customer confidentiality

Qualifications

Outgoing and personable
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Reliable vehicle access or valid driver's license
