Job Description

Join RW&CO. as a Merch Team Lead at Sherway Gardens, where you will lead a team to achieve store objectives and create a positive environment for customers and employees.

Responsibilities

Ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
Provide leadership by balancing policies, procedures, and more
Implement merchandise strategies and maintain store environment
Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members
Communicate effectively with Store Manager and District Manager

Qualifications

At least 6 months of leadership experience in a customer-based environment
Ability to mobilize a team towards a common goal
High School graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
