We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Metro Vancouver, working on-site. Are you passionate about retail technology and ready to bring Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) solutions to top-tier retailers across Canada? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge ESL products that are changing how retailers operate.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the retail sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including large-scale retail chains and enterprise clients.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms.
  • Track sales performance and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the retail technology, hardware, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience working with large enterprise retailers (grocery chains, department stores, electronics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and the challenges ESL solutions help solve.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
