Join our dynamic and passionate team at A3 Surfaces in Saguenay! We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support our growth and ensure the efficiency of our internal sales processes.

Responsibilities

Support the general manager in maintaining existing sales
Assist the production supervisor in setting priorities and analyzing costs
Manage logistics, procurement, and purchases
Ensure customer service and order follow-up
Produce sales performance reports and analyze trends
Maintain and optimize internal sales processes
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

College or University degree
Experience in an industrial environment
Relevant experience in internal sales management or sales support
Excellent analytical, planning, and prioritization skills
Leadership and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of CRM and office tools
Bilingual in French and English
Autonomous
