TGA GROUP is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial properties and will be responsible for meeting all contractual obligations and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in Property Management
• Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial/Industrial Property Management
• Experience with YARDI (Voyager 7S) an asset
• Strong financial accounting knowledge
• Superior communication and negotiation skills
