We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our clients within Canada's legal and regulatory landscape, aligning people strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment and onboarding for assigned business units.
Develop employee relations strategies and provide coaching to leaders.
Partner with senior leadership on performance management and workforce planning.
Champion a positive workplace culture and facilitate training sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong understanding of Canadian employment laws.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
