Job Description

Lead a team of Methods Engineering Technologists within avionics and electrical installations, ensuring high quality planning documentation and efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Methods Engineering Technologists within avionics and electrical installations.
  • Set clear objectives aligned with company goals and manage team and individual performance.
  • Ensure adherence to Engineering and Quality system processes.
  • Support Production in the manufacture of aircraft assemblies and installations.
  • Define and continuously optimize processes, tools, and behaviors.
  • Review Engineering change for manufacturability and incorporation into the build.
  • Develop team members through workforce planning, performance management, and recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience.
  • PMP certification an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Suite.
  • Strong decision-making skills and customer focus.
