Job Description

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our production team at our Bécancour plant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dairy processing and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operations at the Bécancour processing plant
Supervise production staff from milk reception to finished product
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
Participate in production planning
Manage production schedules and tasks
Handle employee relations
Conduct equipment evaluations and maintenance requests

Qualifications

AEC in Dairy Processing or relevant experience
Management training is an asset
5 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of food quality standards
Basic computer skills
