Job Description

Chatters is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Clearwater Landing location in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty products, have excellent customer service skills, and be driven to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Promote and present beauty products to customers
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
Coach and train sales team to achieve store sales targets
Ensure salon is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to standards

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail leadership experience
Experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Computer proficiency
