Job Description

Our client, a building and construction services company in business for nearly 30 years, is seeking a Production Manager to lead field operations and optimize project execution.

Responsibilities

Supervise activities on construction sites: active field presence, managing unforeseen events, coordinating teams.
Manage resources (labor, equipment, materials) to maximize efficiency.
Rigorously track actual costs vs budgets and make corrections as needed.
Maintain continuous and proactive communication with clients.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Support existing team in managing priorities and critical deadlines.
Participate in project debriefs and provide feedback for future projects.

Qualifications

Significant experience in managing field projects (construction, building maintenance, etc).
Motivating leadership, prioritization skills, excellent problem-solving abilities.
Practical knowledge of health and safety, blueprint reading, construction methods.
Autonomy, rigor, and ability to make quick decisions.
Valid driver's license and mobility to visit various construction sites.
