Job Description

Join our team in Ottawa, Ontario as a licensed 310T heavy truck mechanic working night shifts to ensure our fleet remains in peak operational condition.

Responsibilities

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and services on heavy trucks
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Ensure all repairs meet safety and regulatory standards
Document maintenance and repair activities
Collaborate with fleet safety team and service providers
Adhere to workplace safety protocols

Qualifications

Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license
2-3 years of heavy truck mechanic experience
Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Valid driver's license; Class G required
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop equipment
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
