We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead with expertise in Selenium with Python to lead and develop robust test automation frameworks.

Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts, test suites, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD process.
Define and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and code reviews.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve test automation efficiency.
Ensure high test coverage, reliability, and execution speed of automated tests.
Generate and present test automation reports and metrics to stakeholders.
