Job Description

Oversee on-site execution of architectural millwork and finish carpentry projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality standards are met. Coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Direct daily site operations across multiple projects involving architectural millwork and finish carpentry.
Coordinate construction schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries to maintain progress.
Supervise site labor, subcontractor performance, and workmanship quality.
Monitor job site safety protocols and enforce compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing construction sites, preferably with a focus on architectural millwork and finish carpentry.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and millwork installation plans.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and knowledge of workplace safety standards.
