Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain operational standards and provide high-quality customer service
Train and develop associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence
Coordinate the movement of merchandise to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing
Create inspirational displays to drive the store's fashion strategy

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or service industry
High School education or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of register operations
