Job Description

Join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance and support our ServiceNow platform and related systems. Strong Python skills and a focus on reliability and automation are essential.

Responsibilities

Improve system availability and performance through automation and tool development.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow and Linux-based on-prem issues.
Enhance observability through metrics, logs, alerts, and tracing.
Participate in on-call rotation with time-off in lieu.
Document ServiceNow instances and dependencies.
Identify and prioritize technical debt impacting efficiency.
Contribute to policy and procedure improvements for SRE practices.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Python and/or ServiceNow.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle occasional production emergencies.
