Job Description

The System Network Administrator will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and improving the site's operating environment to ensure reliability, performance, and security of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and maintenance
Install, maintain, and configure network hardware and equipment
Perform service monitoring and reporting
Explore new solutions for continuous improvement
Document change requests and manage changes
Manage external service providers

Qualifications

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of IT infrastructure requirements
Experience with Windows and Linux OS
Understanding of networking concepts
