Job Description

Join The Care Group as a Recreation Aide at Point Grey Private Hospital in Vancouver, B.C. Help enhance the lives of seniors through meaningful activities and programs.

Responsibilities

Implement recreation programs such as outings, parties, exercises, crafts, and entertainment
Organize resident activities and trips, ensuring proper clothing and equipment
Consult with family and nursing staff to tailor activities to resident needs
Monitor resident progress and report observations to nursing staff
Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies

Qualifications

Graduate from a recognized Activity/Recreation program
Experience in senior's recreation department preferred
Health Care Provider level First Aid Certificate
Proof of COVID vaccination
