Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Granby, Quebec, Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in management in the aeronautics field or any other advanced sector.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the work of the production crews and plan for the next day
  • Manage priorities and assign work to the right resource
  • Supervise and support the Blue collar team on technical aspects
  • Act as a reference for production activities
  • Ensure each shift meets client objectives
  • Escalate problems encountered and follow up with support functions
  • Participate in meetings for project advancement
  • Evaluate performance of production teams
  • Ensure administrative follow-up with employees

Qualifications

  • Professional Studies Diploma in structure assembly/aeronautical construction or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years experience in management in the aeronautics field or similar
  • Autonomous with good judgement and discernment
  • Ability to work as a team, influence, mobilize and guide departments
  • Strong sense of responsibility, delegation and task prioritization
  • Commitment to quality and rigour
