Job Description

Bantrel is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to oversee field engineering activities for the K+S Potash Mine expansion project in Bethune, SK. This role involves managing discipline field engineers, document management, survey coordination, and more to ensure project requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains the field engineering organization.
Manages the turnover team and utilizes digital tools for efficiency.
Coordinates with superintendents and subcontractors for construction schedules.

Qualifications

Engineering or Construction Management degree with 10 years of experience.
PEng registration preferred.
Strong understanding of quality management processes and systems.
