Job Description

CTG is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to work on a contract that could be a contract to hire for our client in Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

Analysis and diagnosis of incidents related to the ServiceNow platform
Coordinates with ServiceNow Support for unresolved issues
Manages instance security and access control
Plans and executes the upgrade and migration of the ServiceNow platform
Configure/customize various ServiceNow modules
Acts as the solution owner and supports continuous improvement
Participate in demonstrating benefits of the ServiceNow deployment

Qualifications

Certified ServiceNow Administrator with 5+ years of experience
Experience in platform upgrades and migrations
Knowledge of ITIL concepts and ITSM processes
Ability to produce high-quality documentation
Fluency in English and French
