Job Description

Join BoomerangFX, a healthcare SaaS solutions provider, as a Payroll Specialist. Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance, and support financial team with reporting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Process biweekly payroll using Ceridian and ADP
Maintain payroll accounts and reconcile deductions
Prepare payroll records and reports
Support HST filings and payroll-related reconciliations
Assist with year-end processes and audit documentation
Implement process improvements across payroll systems
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts

Qualifications

3+ years of payroll processing experience
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation preferred
Proficiency in Ceridian and QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in SaaS or tech company is an asset
