Seeking an experienced Okta L3 Engineer with strong skills in Auth0, IAM, MFA, and SSO to join our team. This role involves providing support for Customer IAM applications and systems, performing log and root cause analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Support Customer IAM applications and systems such as Auth0, Okta, Pingfed
Analyze logs and conduct root cause analysis using various tools
Collaborate with stakeholders for issue resolution

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in technology application support or operations
3-4 years of experience with Customer IAM applications
Good understanding of IAM concepts
Experience with IT Service Management
