Join our rapidly growing tech start-up in Vancouver, Canada, as a Business Development Specialist focused on CPA recruitment.
Execute targeted outreach and business development strategies to build relationships with new clients and expand market presence.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through consistent research, networking, and prospecting.
Partner with hiring managers, CFOs, and HR leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
Represent our agency at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to expand brand presence.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
Strong ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of accounting and finance industry is a strong asset.
Competitive Compensation: Base salary + commission.
Earning Potential: Year 1 OTE of $50K-$100K; Year 2 OTE of $100K-$200K+ with top performers exceeding $250K.
