Responsibilities

Guide, supervise, and train Technician staff
Manage daily staffing assignments and breaks
Maintain equipment, instrument tracking system, and training schedule
Ensure reprocessing according to standards and regulations
Monitor repair and maintenance programs
Enforce safety standards
Participate in special projects

Qualifications

2-5 years as Production Supervisor in Medical Device Reprocessing or healthcare
Medical Device Reprocessing Certification required
General knowledge of industry practices and standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of infection control and instrument processing
Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
