Responsibilities

Assist product managers in prioritizing developments and produce detailed user stories.
Write and execute rigorous functional test plans to ensure solution quality.
Act as an agile facilitator, leading ceremonies and promoting communication.
Support customers and the team during production incidents to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
4 years of experience in process analysis, workshop facilitation, and product management in IT.
Knowledge of Agile methodology.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics.
