Job Description

Responsibilities

Process financial transactions accurately
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Resolve customer concerns
Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions
Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions
Assist in team effectiveness and development
Deliver quality customer experiences

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of relevant experience
Strong administration and organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office and internet
Detail-oriented and dynamic communicator
