Responsibilities

Develop and implement cutting-edge organizational design strategies aligned with business goals
Drive organizational design changes and workforce transition plans
Act as liaison between Organizational Effectiveness team and business leaders
Lead team effectiveness sessions and monitor performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years of experience in Human Capital consulting with focus on Organizational Design
Strong project management skills and consulting experience
