Job Description

Our client in the oil and gas industry is seeking a Lean consultant to support 50 new projects starting in early May. The consultant will coach project leaders, facilitate Kaizen workshops, and drive operational improvements through Lean practices.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong Lean background with proven results
• Experience coaching project teams and facilitating Kaizen events
• Preferred industry experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industry
• Action-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects
• Comfortable working in remote, heavy industrial environments
• Previous experience in isolated industrial settings is a plus
