Job Description

As a Mac systems administrator, you will be responsible for managing, automating macOS, handling technical support requests, and analyzing root causes of incidents. You will assist users in operational problem-solving by utilizing available resources such as existing documentation, senior staff, and external providers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve service requests from senior executives and VIPs, as well as complex issues related to Mac systems.
  • Diagnose and support incidents related to Mac systems, with in-depth knowledge of macOS and iOS mobile devices.
  • Perform troubleshooting tasks and provide advanced technical support to clients.
  • Ensure traceability of interventions, document procedures, and report to management.
  • Supervise the integration and management of mobile devices (MDM).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer profiles and groups via platforms like Workspace One or Jamf.
  • Create and deploy packages for all approved software on macOS or iOS, and assist with inventory management in the administration console.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical expertise in Apple products (macOS and iOS).
  • Knowledge of MDM solutions for various devices (Workspace One and Jamf).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite on macOS.
  • Ability to write technical procedures.
  • Good adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
