Job Description

The Senior Network Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring and supporting the private network and connectivity to cloud services. The role involves staying updated on network trends, addressing network threats, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

Provide network support with various operating systems
Maintain network connectivity for all workstations and Cloud services
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues
Implement new network and security solutions
Develop and enforce network policies
Manage disaster recovery procedures
Evaluate and recommend network improvements
Investigate and analyze network incidents
Collaborate with Information Security Group
Stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences
5+ years experience in a large production network environment
3+ years experience with Private Cloud network management
Strong knowledge of networking technologies
Experience with network monitoring tools
Knowledge of Network and Cloud Security principles
Good understanding of Active Directory
