Responsibilities

Process financial transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
Understand customer needs and recommend banking solutions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary
Promote banking solutions and achieve business objectives
Build a positive work environment and participate in personal development

Qualifications

High School diploma or 1+ years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree is an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of MS Office and internet
Excellent communication skills
