Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a distributed team to manage operational support and DevOps functions
Drive team objectives to meet OKRs and ensure continuous improvement
Monitor and enhance CI/CD pipelines for improved performance
Collaborate with clients to recommend infrastructure solutions
Work closely with development, testing, and QA teams for seamless integration
Uphold ITIL processes and ensure high-quality IT support services
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

Proven experience in team and vendor management
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving skills
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration
Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure
Experience with DevSecOps and GitOps methodologies
Expertise with HashiCorp tools
Proficiency with containerization technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills
Comprehensive knowledge of security practices
Scripting and automation expertise
