Responsibilities

Manage work accident claims
Coordinate medical absences management
Communicate with various stakeholders
Provide support to managers and employees
Develop and implement best practices

Qualifications

College diploma in administrative techniques or HR
5-7 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills in French and English
Knowledge of Canadian laws related to work accidents
Excellent computer skills
