Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director focused on Dynamics 365 for one of our clients in Montreal. This role involves leading a team responsible for projects, implementations, support, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 projects
  • Lead implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules
  • Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues
  • Develop and manage the IT budget
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 7-10 years of IT management experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in managing budgets
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or project management (preferred)
