Job Description

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Project Superintendent to lead road construction projects for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations for road construction projects
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
Manage crews, schedules, resources, and liaise with clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Prepare project documentation and conduct regular site inspections
Address on-site issues with effective problem-solving skills

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in road construction or related field
Experience in a supervisory role with strong leadership skills
Understanding of road construction processes, regulations, and safety practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
