Join our team at Process & Steam Specialties as an Inside Technical Sales Representative in Saint John, New Brunswick. We are a leading distributor of industrial valves, instrumentation, and steam ancillaries with over 75 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential accounts for sales opportunities
Provide technical information and prepare quotes for customers
Nurture customer relations and provide support to the sales team
Administrate sales orders and control inventory
Develop leads and sales opportunities by suggesting related products
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends
Assist with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and product testing

Qualifications

3+ years of inside sales experience with industrial products
Experience selling/supporting valves or engineering products
Technical/Engineering diploma/degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
