Brunel is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for our BC based mining client. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the electrical engineering owner's representative providing oversight and guidance in the planning, design, and execution phases of capital projects.
Ensure inputs for all electrical aspects of the project adhere to scope definition for the appropriate Stage Gate are firm and meet company requirement. Apply working knowledge of engineering principles using sound engineering, data measurement & collection, calculations, analysis, interpretation and problem solving. Reviews the electrical engineering budgets to meet the scope and execution plan for the project.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline and fifteen (15) years of experience in Electrical Engineering OR Master's degree in electrical Engineering discipline and thirteen (13) years of experience in engineering field. Experience managing electrical engineering design teams working on large scale projects.
