Responsibilities

Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
Assist with refunds and customer issues
Collect payments and bag purchases
Maintain cleanliness in the customer service area
Learn about products and policies

Qualifications

Strong mathematical skills and basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Excellent communication and time management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bilingual in French/English is an asset
