Job Description

A30 Express, a private partner responsible for the completion of Highway 30 between Châteauguay and Vaudreuil-Dorion, is seeking a System Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's IT systems and will participate in various stimulating projects within a team where flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance are important.

Responsibilities

Administer operation equipment systems and network to ensure proper functioning
Administer databases and execute extractions and queries as needed
Ensure security and integrity of systems
Perform system and software updates, backups, and incident recovery operations
Maintain documentation related to different systems

Qualifications

DEC in Computer Science and 10 years of experience or BAC in Computer Science and 5 years of experience
Experience in networking (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, backups, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, printers, etc.)
Good knowledge of Windows environments
Good knowledge of Linux environments under RHEL distribution
Bilingual
Autonomous, versatile, and strong learning ability
Ability to diagnose and effectively solve technical problems
