Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
Provide store leadership by balancing policies, procedures, and more
Implement merchandise strategies and maintain store environment
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Communicate effectively with Store Manager and District Manager

Qualifications

At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to multitask and create an amazing customer experience
Availability to work evenings and weekends
