Tectonica Management is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to actively manage large construction projects, ensure safety standards are met, optimize project schedules, and mentor junior construction managers in Nanaimo, BC.

Responsibilities

Manage large construction projects and budgets
Ensure construction safety standards are met
Oversee project control and optimization
Mentor site staff and junior construction managers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
10+ years of experience in construction project management
Experience in negotiating and managing contracts
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of local construction practices and regulations
Excellent communication and analytical skills
